Sponsoring of poster prizes
The conference program includes two poster sessions, where selected research projects and findings are presented in a visual format. During these sessions, researchers display their posters – typically large printed summaries of their work – on designated boards. Participants have the opportunity to engage directly with the presenters, ask questions, and discuss the research in detail. Additionally, attendees will have the chance to vote for the best posters.The best three posters will be awarded and acknowledged with a prize.
Sponsoring opportunities for poster prizes:
- Winner: Prize valued at €1,000
- 2nd place: Prize valued at €500
- 3rd place: Prize valued at €250
Sponsors of the poster prizes will be acknowledged on dedicated slides during the conference and breaks. The prizes will be awarded on Thursday, June 5, at around 12:30 PM, just before the closing. Representatives of the sponsors are invited to present and hand over the prizes.
Additional opportunities
In addition to the sponsorship packages, we also welcome abstract submissions from industry participants for both talks and posters. This is an excellent way to contribute to the conference content and further engage with attendees.
