We are delighted to offer a professional, on‑site child‑care service for all conference participants. From the opening workshops on 8 June 2026 through the final conference day on 11 June 2026, qualified staff will look after your children in safe, welcoming spaces at both venues.

How the service works

1️⃣ Pre‑registration

When you sign up for HAICON26, tick the Child‑care box and indicate how many children you need care for.

• Maximum capacity: only 10 children can be accommodated per day across the whole event.
• Registrations are first‑come‑first‑served – the earlier you add the request, the better your chance of securing a place. Registration for child care is possible until 26 May 2026.

2️⃣ Confirmation (19 May)

You’ll receive an e‑mail from the conference organisers confirming that your request has entered the queue.

• The message also contains the contact details of the child‑care provider.

3️⃣ Final registration (by 27 May)

The child‑care provider sends you a short registration form. Fill it in and send it back by 27 May 2026.

Form fields you’ll be asked for:

• Child’s full name & age
• Desired care times
• Any special needs, allergies, medication
• Emergency contact details

When the provider receives your form, they will send you a final confirmation. 

4️⃣ Drop‑off

At the designated child care room.

5️⃣ Care period

Children are looked after for the whole scheduled period within the service hours listed above. Qualified caregivers run age‑appropriate activities, provide meals/snacks, and schedule nap/rest time.

6️⃣ Pick‑up

Collect your child up to 5 minutes before the service ends on each day.
