Kaisersaal/Imperial Hall

The state reception this year will take place in the magnificent Kaisersaal in the Munich Residence, one of the most historic and prestigious halls of the Munich Residence. This exceptional venue offers participants the opportunity to spend an evening surrounded by centuries of Bavarian history and architecture. The state reception will be kindly hosted by the Bavarian State Minister for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy and Deputy Bavarian Minister-President Hubert Aiwanger, MdL. It promises to be a memorable highlight of the conference and a special opportunity for networking in a unique setting.

Registration for the State Reception is separate from conference registration.

Participants must first register for the conference. Conference participants who register by 8th May 2026 will receive a separate invitation from the Office of the Bavarian State Minister for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy and Deputy Bavarian Minister-President, Hubert Aiwanger, MdL. Participation in the State Reception will be possible upon acceptance of the invitation by 31 May 2026.

The state reception is a private event.

Fastest option: Take the metro line 5 (U 5) from the station Ostbahnhof direction Laimer Platz and get off after 3 stops at Odeonsplatz. From the station its 140 m walking distance to the entrance of the Munich Residence.
